Lahore Master Plan 2050 Approved by CM Punjab

Previously it had been reported Chaudhary Pervaiz Illahi has approved the one-window service for overseas Pakistanis. While according to the latest updates, he has also endorsed the Lahore master plan 2050 to facilitate the inhabitants living in the housing projects of LDA.

Shahdara is scheduled to be constructed as soon as possible, according to the instructions of the Chief Minister.

He also stated that the state must develop modern public transportation lines, interchanges, and flyovers in order to ease traffic congestion. Suburban residents must receive the same amenities as city dwellers in order to alleviate the burden, he further stated.

Besides the flyover and underpass at Akbar Chowk, the chief minister approved the construction of an overhead bridge at Azadi Chowk for motorcycles.

Taking judicial and legal instructions into account, the meeting decided to solve the problems in Mouza Kharak, Khyber Block of Allama Iqbal Town, and Gulshan Ravi.
